Shelia and I were good friends in high school.  After we graduated we lost contact but I still thought of her.  I'm sorry we didn't stay in contact because Shelia was a kind and beautiful person, inside and out.

I knew Sheila in grade school.  She always had something unplesant to say to me. Don't know why we didn't connect in high school. I went to Custer my junior and senior years. I don't remember seeing Sheila.  The last time I saw her was one day in 76, (I believe). My future wife and I were walking around inside of the Grand Mall, my eyes met Sheila's as she was walking by us, I smiled because I was happy to see her and she looked at me and said, "still have that big head." and kept right on walking.  I was shocked because we were adults now.. Can't imagine how that made me feel with my girlfriend walking with me and seeing that. But, as an African American female,  I did appreciate how she depicted herself from the little I really knew about Sheila. .Seemed as though Sheila had a more priviledged life and carried herelf that way. .  Rest in peace Sheila.
